Terms of Service

By booking any service with La Bruja Next Door (I, me, my) you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling or purchasing anything.

1. Nature of Services
   My services include but are not limited to tarot readings, divination, spiritual consultations, spellwork, energy work, and spiritual products or rituals. All services are spiritual and energetic in nature. Nothing is guaranteed. Outcomes of readings, spellwork, or any spiritual service cannot be promised or guaranteed. Spiritual work is influenced by many factors including your own actions and free will. You may request changes or additions to your ritual before it is cast, but changes may increase the cost depending on materials or work required. Spell work will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
   I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other licensed professional. My services are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not use my services in place of professional medical care, mental health support, legal counsel, financial guidance, or any licensed service. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, including thoughts of self-harm or a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

3. Age Requirement
   By booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. I do not knowingly provide services to minors.

4. Booking, Contact Information, and CRM Use
   I use online booking as my CRM (Client Relationship Management) system. This is how I store and locate your information when it is time for your session. When you book, you are required to complete the booking form fully and accurately, including your name, email, phone, and/or social media if requested and any other required fields. The booking form is the only place my system uses to attach your contact details to your appointment. Sending your contact information separately, for example through text, email, DM, or any other external platform, does not correct an incomplete booking form and does not create a valid appointment. If any required contact field is left blank, incomplete, incorrect, or filled in a way that makes it unusable, your appointment is considered invalid. An invalid or incomplete booking does not count as me canceling on you. It means the appointment is void because the information provided did not meet the required standards. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to enter your contact information correctly into the booking form.

5. Voided Appointments vs Cancellations
   A cancellation occurs only when I am unable to perform your session for reasons such as illness, emergency, or technical issues on my end. If I must cancel, I will offer to reschedule or, if rescheduling is not possible, may offer a refund at my discretion.
   A voided appointment occurs when your booking form is incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, when you do not follow the instructions required to create a valid appointment in my system, or when I do not have correct contact information to reach you. A voided appointment does not count as me canceling on you and does not qualify for a refund. It is treated the same as a no-show or client-side error.

6. Rescheduling, Lateness, and No-Shows
   If you need to reschedule, you must follow the instructions within the booking system within the allowed reschedule window, if one is provided. Attempts to reschedule outside this window may be treated as missed appointments. If you are late, your session may be shortened. If you are significantly late or unreachable, it may be treated as a no-show. No-shows receive no refunds or credits.

7. Refund Policy
   Appointments for readings and consultations are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: changes of mind, dissatisfaction with information received, double-booking yourself, being late, being unreachable, missing your appointment, deciding you no longer need the service, or your booking is void (reference section 5). Appointment payments also cannot be transferred as credit or applied to another service. Spellwork will be delivered within 30 days of purchase. If the ritual is not performed or delivered within 30 days, you are eligible for a refund for non-delivery only. Once a ritual is completed or delivered, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
   By booking and paying, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the no-refund policy and the rules regarding incomplete or voided appointments. Any chargeback or payment dispute made for reasons covered by these terms, such as incomplete booking information, no-shows, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with outcomes, will be considered in conflict with the policies you agreed to. If you file a chargeback or dispute, I will submit evidence including booking records, policies, and communication history. Regardless of the outcome, I reserve the right to refuse all future services to you. By booking, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback in violation of these terms may result in a permanent ban from my services.

9. Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
   I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who uses abusive, harassing, or threatening language, makes false accusations such as calling me a scammer or accusing me of fraud in bad faith, or attempts to manipulate or pressure me regarding policies, payments, or outcomes. In such cases, I may end communication and decline any future bookings.

10. Confidentiality
    Sessions are private and confidential to the extent permitted by law. I do not share your personal details, readings, or spiritual matters with others unless required by law or if there is a serious concern for safety.

11. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking a session, purchasing spellwork, submitting your information through my booking form, or sending payment through any accepted method, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You understand there are no guaranteed outcomes. You understand there are no refunds. You understand that incomplete or invalid booking information can void your appointment without refund. You understand that disputes or chargebacks against these terms may result in permanent refusal of future services. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, do not book or purchase a service.
